Warranty and return policy: 

New Mat Washer Warranty: AutoMat Washer and Supply warrants all parts on a new mat washer for 120 days from the date of which they were delivered to the purchaser. 

Used Equipment Warranty: AutoMat Washer will warrant any used mat washers sold from AutoMat Washer for 30 days from date of which it was delivered. Parts Warranty: AutoMat Washer will warrant all parts purchased except electrical parts from AutoMat Washer and supply for 30 days from which the part was delivered. 

Electrical Parts Warranty: There is no warranty on any electrical parts sold from AutoMat Washer and Supply. 

Returns: New Mat Washers may be returned for a refund with in 60 days of the date of delivery. 

Returns will require an RMA number supplied by AutoMat Washer and Supply. 

Customer is responsible for any shipping cost associated with return of Mat Washer and Supply. 

**Upon return, Mat Washer will be inspected for any damage, if there is any damage caused from misuse of mat washer or any damage occurring in transit. AutoMat Washer reserves the right to refuse refund. If AutoMat washer refuses refund due to damage, AutoMat Washer will hold mat washer for 30 days for customer. If arrangements are not made for disposition of returned damaged mat washer with in 30 days of notice. Mat Washer will be deposed of. Parts Returns: Automat Washer does not accept any returns of purchased parts.
